The Little Tykes Trick or Treat today was fantastic this year!  Downtown Helena, Inc. and the Helena Business Improvement District would like to thank everyone who joined in the fun, especially all of the participating downtown Helena merchants, restaurants, and businesses who made this family-friendly event possible.  A special thank you to the Helena Police Department for directing traffic on Broadway during the event.
