Spring Art Walk

Event Information:

The Spring Art Walk is an annual event organized by Downtown Helena, Inc. which draws hundreds of people downtown for a fun and vibrant night.  This unique Downtown Helena event brings over 65 of Montana’s finest artists into over 40 Downtown businesses, and brings the Helena community together as the “Best Small Art Town in America!” From photography and paintings to ceramics and live performances, the Spring Art Walk showcases a diverse range of artwork created by Montana artists. There will also be live music and refreshments at select locations.

This year, the Helena Ales for Trails fundraiser will be held in Pioneer Park on May 19th!

Mountain Sage Gallery
Artist: 12 local artists; various media
About: Mountain Sage displays paintings in a media plus fine jewelry, photography, bronzes, fused and sculptural glass, stone mosaics and woodcraft.  Come in and meet some of the finest local artists Helena has to offer.

About: Before moving to Montana in 1978, Dick was a resident of upstate New York.  His move to Montana provided him with the abundance of wildlife  in our favorite parks:  Glacier and West Yellowstone.

About: Kevin League is a Helena based nature, wildlife and conservation photographer capturing Montana and the Western United States’ most beautiful, fleeting and fascinating moments. He will be presenting photographs of Helena and the central Montana region.

About: Students started with old, worn wooden chairs.  They each chose a theme and crested a piece of usable art with that theme.  There is a monster chair and a galaxy chair to name 2 of them.
