The following is a list of some of the information you might need to help you keep from acquiring parking fines and make your visit more enjoyable. Got Parking Tickets?
Food Share and the Helena Parking Commission have teamed up to help prevent hunger over the holidays. Anyone with outstanding parking tickets will receive a 50% reduction per parking ticket for each (2) donated food items. Only nonperishable food will be accepted. Food collection during the amnesty period will be donated to the Helena Food Share Program. Parking Ticket Amnesty will begin Monday, November 19, 2012 and will end Tuesday, January 1, 2013. To check about outstanding tickets contact the HPC at 447-8420 or visit the Helena Parking Commission office at 225 Cruse Ave. This is a one-time offer! After January 1, 2013 vehicles with outstanding parking tickets will be subject to regular fines and collections. Thank you and happy holidays!
