2023 Downtown Helena Sponsorships
Strong communities thrive when a sense of community and belonging are shared. Downtown Helena is the Heart of Helena! By supporting events and other initiatives, you are participating in a community that values connection and believes in promoting, enhancing, and protecting the Heart of Helena.
Join us in supporting the place where friends, neighbors, and visitors work together to make Helena the best place to live, work, play, and invest. The best part is you don’t have to be a DHI member to sponsor an event downtown, but if you sponsor over a thousand dollars you will be given a free Downtown Helena, Inc membership. Strong partnerships and collaborations breed success. We also host a downtown community meeting monthly on the third Wednesday of every month. Join in the fun and conversation!
Event Sponsorship Packages
Alive at 5 (choose a package):
This is a free summer concert series featuring local food vendors, beer garden, live music performed by local, regional, and national touring bands, free kids events, non-profits, and entrepreneurs booths.
Exclusive Gold level: $5,000/year

Helena’s Business Improvement District ensures the preservation and vitality by providing initiatives that enhance the beauty and vibrancy making downtown a safe place to work, shop, invest, explore, dine, and play.

Silver Level: $100

BID will maintain flowers through the season. June – September.
Art Walks (choose a package):
Celebrate local artist and downtown businesses during our seasonal art walks 3 times per year. Fall, Winter, and Spring. Businesses stay open late to host local artists while patrons walk around and browse, shop, eat, and have a blast!

Sidewalk Trash Bins:
- Advertise on the downtown trash bins! We have over 25 bins placed throughout the downtown area, maintained weekly by our staff. Decals are replaced seasonally on the convers of the bins.
