Revive at Five Vendor Application

The Helena summer classic music series Alive at Five is back, now as Revive at Five! Starting on July 7th and running 8 weeks to August 25th, we’re looking forward to safely getting back together as a community.

Vendor applications are now open. This is the 24th season of Revive at Five, a free, family-friendly concert series.

All applicants will need to pay a non-refundable $25 application fee. If selected, the annual fee for vending is $599. There is also a $250 deposit which will be returned to you if your contract is not broken.

Applications will only be accepted through our online application; please submit yours by Monday, April 5th.

Please answer all required questions with Yes or No. Vendors will be selected based on highest scores. In the event that scores are tied the final decision will be made by the staff of Downtown Helena, Inc. Once accepted you will be required to sign a formal contract detailing expectations. If selected, the total cost for annual vending is $599. An additional $250 deposit will be required. If you do not break your contract, the $250 will be returned to you at the end of the season.
