Micky Zurcher, BID Executive Director

Micky Zurcher is a native of Bottineau County, North Dakota. She moved to Montana in 2001 spending a decade in the hospitality industry. She obtained a Masters degree in Community Development from North Dakota State University in 2016.  Before moving to Helena, Micky’s professional experience includes a combined four years in the Cooperative Extension Service with the Montana State University and North Dakota State University. Micky enjoys traveling, hunting, hiking, golfing, and hanging out with her horse, Remington.

Jordan Conley, Operations Director

Jordan Conley grew up mainly in Colorado, and first moved to Montana  in 2010. She worked for Bozeman Public Schools before relocating to Massachusetts for graduate school. She obtained a Masters degree from Harvard in 2014 and then pursued a PhD from Boston University before moving to Helena in 2020. She has experience in education, project management, and event planning. Jordan enjoys running, hiking, cooking, and exploring Montana with her family.

Jordan joined our team on May 9, 2022.
