Downtown Helena, Inc. (DHI) is a 501(c)6 a non-profit business membership organization established in 1964.
Downtown Helena Inc.’s mission is to promote and publicize Downtown Helena in our community; encourage and develop a spirit of cooperation among members; establish and develop cooperative advertising and promotional campaigns activities; foster favorable public relations for Downtown Helena in various communities, organizations and agencies in the area served by Downtown Helena.
DHI operates the Downtown Helena Gift Card program which is the perfect gift, redeemable at over 60 participating businesses and supports locally owned stores and restaurants. DHI, in collaboration with the Helena Business Improvement District (BID), produces Spring & Fall Art Walks, Alive @ Five Summer Concert Series, Kids Fall Fest, Little Tykes Trick or Treat, Parade of Lights, and Breakfast with Santa.
